1) dvdfabHD to HDD
2) fixvts
3) dvd rebillder
4) Imgburn (to create and burn iso)

2) fixvt
3) vob blanker to edit out only main movie
4) dvd rebuilder
5) Imgburn (to create and burn iso)

1) dvdfabHD to HDD
2) fixvts
3) Imgburn to create dl iso (note creation of optimal layer break transition point)
4) Imgburn to write dl iso
