I have a modded psp-1000. The only PSP mod service in USA i was able to find via google doesnt install up modchips in modded psps. can somebody recommend one?

you said you have a modded psp phat so why would you want a modchip for it?
modchips are generally more stable as long as your not throwing you psp around because of their ability to store backups and restore bricks but since your already modded all you really need is hellcat's recovery flasher so you can backup and restore things and hellcat's pandora installer so you can make a pandora battery if you haven't already

so after reading about up modchip i don't see anything you would get from it that you don't already have or could get already
