hi,ive recently bought a eurovoxmax blue genuine box,ive tried flashing with new firmware and different symbol rate but i carnt get any channels,it just says channel not currently available.ive tried manual input codes but still no joy.when i got this box the remote sensor was knackerd so ive soldered it back on.so the remote works.on the lcd it says 0000.i can get into menu but not get rid off the zeros.if i press info nowt happens,the box is picking up over 40 transponders,but i dont get a list of channels or radios..ive also done a factory reset and also changed steps 8 to 7.still not solved this.how do i find out if the tuner is faulty.my cable feed is fine cox ive tried my mates box and it works.please somebody help me
