Problem starting a CSO game HELP!!!!

I have followed instuctions to make my batterry a pandora and make my memory stick a magic memory stick. My firmware is now 5.00 M33-4. My CSO shows up and i can click on it but then it says The games could not be started (80020321). I don't now what this means or what to do. Please help!!!!!!!

Try the following: hold the right trigger during boot up - go down to 'advanced' - go into 'advanced configuration' - make sure 'Plain Modules in UMD' and 'Execute BOOT.BIN in UMD' are both disabled. Go back to the Main menu and go into 'Configuration' - make sure 'Game folder homebrew' is set to '5.xx Kernel' - set 'UMD Mode' to 'Sony NP9660 NO UMD'. Hope this helps (sorry if this looks a mess am currently using my mobile phone)
