Someone please help.have recently bought a CnM External DVD/RW but cannot get it to copy downloaded files through Nero.Has anyone got any ideas? Thanks

Are you trying to burn the files as data or as video files, need more info on your process. Is Nero recognizing the drive, are you able to burn at all?

I am trying to burn video files and no, nero is not recognising the dvd/rw

It's not recognizing the external burner or the blank media?

Please, be more specific with the problem(s) you're having.
