im trying to get the firmware off the new drive(samsung ms28)to replace my samsung ms28{fryed board in drive trying to replace lens) either way my question/problem is that i get this error everytime i run IPREP of any version.




anyone know whats causing this? i thought it was net framework its self but i already had it installed...3.5 i think. and uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still brought this error up.

i know there is another program out there the flashes besides iprep, but i want to know if i need to use iprep since my orginal drive done by ipep. is this gonna mess up the keys in anyway?

as long as you have the drive key, you are fine. Just use another program to flash it

ok so im still basically a noob when comes to flashing my xbox. i flashed my xbox before on my own...eventually...but used iprep and still haveing problems with iprep and cant figure out. so been looking around and found a few other programs to use but cant find a guided to help me figure it out. so if someone could point me in direction of tutorial i could use for any other program i could use. would really like that.
