please can any help,i am using a eurovox max 2008, i am receiving all channel on it,but last week all the epg and menu programme are all gone.the box its still working but i dont know what channel am tune to.the menu screen look like a cratching glass and no directory on it.please i will be glad if assist.am from dublin area.

Go to the menu and change the time to 1 hour ahead and save and exit it should be ok then.

thanks for the help but not enough bcos i cant access the menu,every thing or words display in the menu as gone blank and it look like a cratching glass.please helpppp.
