What is the best speed for copying 360 game images to computer with XBC? The default is set to 12x but I think it is too fast because some of my games do not work. Some ppl say to set it at 4x. What should I set it at?

with xp mine only reads at like 2x max, but under vista it reads around 8-12x and havent had a problem with the last 3 games i've ripped with it. burnt at 2.4x though on verbs.
