Missing Channels Freq 266000 On Dreambox 500T

I have Dreambox 500T for a while now and I can never find Channels like S^y Sp^rts 2, Ch 4 and some others. My neighbour has a Starview Box and these channels are located on Freq 266000 on his. I have Manually scanned this Frequency on my Dreambox and nothing can be found. Is there something I am missing here or is this just the way it is? ( Set-up is a C****s aerial and Down Converter pointing South from Midlands Ireland)

Its a known fault at clone boxes. The tuner at some clone boxes has a gap around 266mhz.

Go and get yourself if622 downconverter, it will bring in freqs at higher level, and you will have all chanells then!

seen this problem at a location in west meath also, replaced the dreambox 500t with a eurovox TX & had the same problem, I suspect a faulty Down Converter on the antenna in my case.

Thanks to all who replied. It all makes sense to me now, I just now need to find one of these Down Converters.
