i would go with number 2, as i know for a fact this card will work. and with number 1, i didnt see a statement saying it would work with 360s on the main page, also it had a low review rating. so spend the extra 10 bucks and ensure it works for you.

I have the card in link 1 and i can say it works. the only difference in the 2 cards is that the second one has many more options for raid settings... but that is not relevant to modding 360 so unless you plan on setting up a server or a beefy desktop with multiple hard drives in a mirror or huge stripe i would just get the cheaper one
