Just done a power scan on a max blue because there was quite a few channels missing, and now it says service unkown on the screen on all channels. Also after a power scan I thought all the channels would be mixed up. On this occasion they havent.Thanks in advance!

Do a factory default then another power-scan, remove any splitters from your feed.

Thanks! Worked a treat. Now the pain of rearranging the channels. Thought I had a channel dump on my pc, but Ive rebooted it since then and lost it!! I am a muppet!!!!
