Difference between Wiikey 1 and Wiikey 2

Hi, does anyone know the difference between Wiikey 1 and Wiikey 2? I looked at Wiikey.cn and is there no updates anymore for Wiikey 1? If that is the case, should I spend money on getting Wiikey 2?

Since the wiikey 1 plays ALL games on the market currently I would not recommend switching modchips.

And if a future game came out that either chip could not play the wiikey team would likely release a new update.

What I am concerned is that if Wiikey.cn still supports Wiikey 1 for future updates. If you look at the website, Wiikey has become a "legacy." I don't know if it means that the support team will not be providing updates to Wiikey

Like I said, they probably will. Too many people bought the wiikey for them to discontinue support for it. Too many people would get mad and buy a different brand if they did that. Its just not good business sense.

But even if you need to upgrade someday the wiikey plays all games now, and theres no point spending money on a new chip when theres nothing wrong with the current one.

technically the wii key 1 is reffered as the wii key 1.9
that is why there is a wii key 2 because its an upgrade from 1.9 and thats why there will be no updates for wii key 1. maybe there will be like wiikey1.92 upgrade but not until the future games.

WiiKey 1 still works fine. If any major game updates come out or Firmware updates that damage the WiiKey, I am sure the WiiKey team will release a update for the original WiiKey users.

If the wiikey has become a "legacy" product then this means that they will be discontinuing this product and it will be replaced by the wiikey 2.

There could be many reasons for replacing the wiikey with the wiikey 2 such as it is maybe cheaper to produce than the wiikey or even some minor functions added to the wiikey 2 that the wiikey doesn't support etc.
