Problem with unbricking psp

Hey, I've got a problem with my psp.

I've made a magic memory stick and a pandora battery using the datel service tool.

Right, at this point unbricking my psp should be no problem, but it seems like my psp won't load the memory stick and therefore not boot the unbrick menu.

I've captured a little video so you can see how it looks like.

Any suggestions?
Is my psp completely dead or is it some mistake I've made.

I checked out the video,

you are doing it wrong :P

Put the memory stick in first,
then hold the L trigger as you put in the battery.

Let me know how it turns out for you...

Yea, I've tried about anything.

The battery is working fine.
To make the Magic memory stick I've used the easy installer on a computer with xp running on it. So I really don't know what is wrong.

I suggest you try to format the card then use a different installer.

It works now. Apperently it was the mms installer i used before there was something wrong with.

i've tried this a bricked psp fat that has dc7 installed. i put in the mms, hold L trigger and put in battery and it boots dc7 menu. but it doesn't allow me to move along the menu. just stays on "install 5.0 m33". any suggestions?
