CFW vs. Modchip?

OK, so I ran across this-

So what real benefit would this have? I mean, installing CFW isn't brain surgery and I'm not really sure why you would need a dual boot. The only possible benefit I can see is that it has the dual flash, but I think you would only use that if you were constantly flashing your psp for some reason. Am I missing the point on this or what? Would this have any sort of benefit over CFW?

Well really there is really not much you can do with a mod chip that you cant do with a soft mod for the psp. Originally they had a backup Lflash that could be used if your other one didn't want to work but now with pandora its much easier, safer, and cheaper to soft mod a psp.
