Just overwrite the 1.5 with the 1.51. I've also got a BenQ, and I've been doing that since 1.4. You should be good to go!

Stupid question, I know.

But do I just do this to do the same.

Hook up DVD drive, same as first flash.

Load JF

Load all original files with the new firmware to MTK Flash 32 tab and click write?

why would the mods close someone elses thread just because you managed to use the search function and find your own answer?? also, next time use the edit post button instead of posting 3 times in a row.

Actually Jungle flasher will erase the drive as it writes to it so there is actually not an overwrite option. Yes it is done the same as originally flashing the drive. If for some reason you don't have your OFW you can use the CFW already on drive to acquire the key. Just read, load target, spoof, write. If you have 1.5 though you cannot use the Benq unlock you have to do a process similar to bad flash.

Or just go back to iPrep and flash it through DOS. That's how I do the BenQ, cause it's just easier, then having to get the drive found in Windows.

Oh I've used it before, when I flash Lite-On's. I haven't really messed with it with the Samsung's or BenQ's. I may try it sometime...
