I have a first gen 360 benq drive and its flashed basically with the first firmware the ever came out. That damn thing still plays every game out there. I got a new 360 with the jasper motherboard but it has the pos liteon garbage and i can careless about live. I want to know if i can just take out the dvd drive from my old 360 and put it on the new one will that work? if not what do i need to do?

You cannot just swap out the drives, you need to get certain files from the lite-on firmware and flash them into your BenQ drive as well as spoof the BenQ drive. Here is a tut, please use the search function before posting as this has been answered many times before.
