You might be able to do some gameshare like thing to get stuff. Try getting a friend that has stuff and try going on his inventory and download his stuff. (While logged on to his account.)

NO, only the sotre can donwload multiple copies, NOTHING IS FREE ON HOME, there is no sharing possible, i know my ps3 stuff.
