Can anyone help me, since november my box has gone of at least 20 times and I normally just get a new code & works, this time it isnt, the last code update was 18/2/9 so that could be why or could it be it needs flashing. Please help

It needs flashing, follow the eurovox flashing guide linked at the bottom of my post.
