i was transfering a mpeg file to pinnacle video studio 8.10, all seemed well it said that 100% had been completed, but the program froze. I closed pinnacle, and my computer shut down. When it re-booted microsoft said my computer had recovered from a serious error and directed me to a site for an update. It said it was SMARTVISION and the site was NEC, but the site is in japanese, and even though I translated it I still can't read the web page as to what update to download for my problem. can anyone help.
