Flashing ms25 problems HELP

Hey I feel like a noob posting but anyways, I been trying to flash my 360 and have followed the tutorials on so many different ways.

I get all the way to the point where it asks you to select the Drive
(Xtreme Pri Mas) and once I select it (Its the only drive available) It just sits there. Ive tried letting it do it on its own and the xbox just flashes. Ive also tried the off and on method counting everysecond between 1 to 15 and it wont go past the part of selecting the drive.

Please help!
