Ok here is my issue, I got the 3 rrod, no problem, went away, then I got the e65 error, then 3 rrod again. I decided to do the xclamp fix. No problem there, fixed the red rings. I hook my drive back up but the e65 error is still there.
The thing is my drive is working, as in, it opens, spins discs but I cant get rid of the code.
If I unhook the drive the 360 starts up and works fine for arcade games and stuff. What is the problem here?
A few more things, I got a used power brick from a buddy a few weeks before it rrod on me and it is a ms25 drive if anyone has any ideas
i have had it flashed for the better part of 8 months, i got this error when it red ringed. That is what makes no sense to me, the flash i did 8 months ago went fine, I dont have a clue what is going on.
I took the drive apart, everything looks fine, cleaned everything, made sure everything was connected, nothing was burnt up because the overheating.
The only thing that I can come up with is that when it overheated it messed up the firmware somehow. I dont know what else it could be

If you have the backups I would just re flash it to normal and see if that works
