and i did that works good but i have litl problem with that bc wen i play on my dvd the picture is not good something wrong with a picture so that is a message that wen i pres ok to change from pal to ntsc (Your going to change VTS video attributes in destination IFOs,change are AR or letterbox/panscan flag can make subpictures don't work properly . use pgcedit to adjust appropriate strims in each PGC . do you really want to continue ..
i will appreciate if somebody can help me

The problem is your player is not being tricked by this hack. You still have a PAL disc.

The only other suggestion is in the link.
Use the 'Preview' button before deleting, to see if the deletions are acceptable.
