Have a modded 360 and would like to download GTA 4:The Lost and Damned, will I be able to keep it indefinitely and would I have to log into XBOX Live each time to play the add-on? Same question also for other such download-able content.

P.S
Where can I find nice themes for the 360...Live has the crappiest ones (SF:4)Cost M$ points wtf? Thats a side issue though plz answer the 1st question :D

Once you have downloaded it, it will always be on your harddrive.And you wont need xbox live to play it only to download it.
