Firmtool says fw 1.5 even thou using 1.51?

Just messing around here and I'm using Firmtool 1.3.1 and when I create a custom firmware using the ix 1.51, it says it works but it says:

Hacked firmware version: lite-on blah blah
Hacked fw type: ixtreme 1.5 12x

I assume that the program is written to say 1.5 and not actually check what firmware version you are using.

So, am I just being paranoid or what?

Well is it writing over the 1.5 that may be already installed on the Lite-On? That's probably what you are seeing.
