When i download .iso archives, e.g. Medal of Honour.iso, they are like zip files but they are.iso, not .zip. When i open them up with Winrar I get a folder, PSP_GAME, and a file UMD_DATA.bin.
What do i do with them? And how do i do it?

Well assuming you have custom firmware you need to make a folder in the root of the memory stick called ISO and add the games there.

To simplify things - .iso is NOT a WinRAR archive; WinRAR just associates itself with that file extension, and can open it, nothing else.

If it doesn't work in .iso format, then it won't work in .cso format either, end of. Though, i suggest using YACC - found at http://yacc.pspgen.com/ (Click the UK flag to download the English version) - if you do ever want to convert .iso's into .cso's as it makes games a smaller size.

What firmware do you have? It may be possible it's not running because your firmware isn't high enough.
