Help with multi disk psx2psp conversion

Hello, I converted Legend of Dragoon to 1 single eboot.pbp file using psx2psp. When I saved my game at the end of disc 1, i cant play disc 2, the screen that says please insert disc 2 comes up and wont go away. Ive tried converting the disc seperately with the game ID of the first disc and the ID of the second disc and neither would load my save file. HELP!

Oh sorry, I originally just had the first disc converted by itself which is where my saved game comes from and I've tried loading it on an all-in-one eboot.pbp and the two disc 2 configurations ive tried and none have worked.
