Hi guys,

Im having proelems connecting my PS3 to the internet. I have wireless internet that is plugged into my computer via a 3G USB stick.

My PS3 is hard wired to my switch and out of my switch into the PC (dont have a crossover cable). The playstation connnects to the network on my computer but not the internet.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this going?

Can your PC access the internet? If so, you might have to bridge the connection between your PS3 and internet. Maybe...

Yeh, I cant bridge the connections becasue vista doesnt give me the option to do it. If I select both LAN connection it does... but because this is a wireless 3g modem connected through USB it doesnt.

I also tried enabling Internet Connection Sharing and still the same problem. It obtains an IP address and still no internet connection.

Anymore ideas?

get something like this;

and plug your usb modem into the router and a Lan cable or wireless connect to your PS3. Simple!
