PSP still remember its own version after MPHdowngrader ~Can't downgrade from 2.0 to 1.5

Can someone here give me a suggestion? I use the guide on http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/downgrade_psp_2.cfm

I follow everything through, but when I get to the part were I go to the photo to select the .tif image, the screen becomes black but no number appears like the one show in the instruction. But the I waited a while and restart my PSP it start up all normal, then I go to the memory stick, and select the "PSP Update ver 1.50" but once I select that a message appear like this: The system software on your PSP system is verion 2.00, there is no need to update.

I think some how my PSP still remember its version 2.00, anyone know what to do?

Never mind, I figure it out, in the step, they forgot to mention to download a file call frame_buffer.png and put this in the PHOTO directory. And everything works.
