I bought this game, Megaman Powered Up, when I first got a PSP. In an OFW PSP, it played fine. I got another PSP that was modded with 3.10oe-a and now to 4.01m33-2 and it's the only UMD that won't play. I messed around in the configuration with the recommendations from others in other threads but still no joy. It seemed like the others were mainly asking about backups not playing right though (this is the UMD itself I'm talking about.) The error message I get is (The game could not be started 80020148.) Made it an ISO as well but it didn't work either. Other isos and UMDs working fine.

Any help appreciated.

well if others are working find then all your settings are right and its the umd that's faulty or it needs a higher firmware but since it worked on an earlier 3.10 then it would work fine on 4.01 and anything above so i would assume its the umd and surprisingly it let you copy the iso without trouble though its the only explanation i can think of since all other umd and iso's are working.

Maybe in my lengthy explanation (sorry), my story didn't come out right. This UMD worked in my un-modded first PSP. I acquired another PSP that had already had 3.10oe-a (updated to 4.10m33-2 now) and this is the one it never worked in. I made it an iso but that did not play either.

Gonna try to find an un-modded PSP to try it again but I think it is still good.
