Well I tried the ROL Mod and failed miserably...One Rol board im pretty sure I burned the little squares your supposed to slder to so it doesnt have lights but works fine then I tried another board but I stopped so the 2nd has two green lights still....I know theres not much work put into them and the boards arent to much but I dont want to pay 25$+ for one...Does anyone know where to get them cheaper or does someone on this forum do them?

Can you still solder them to the boards without the little metal patches on them? Would I need to send the leds with theboard or do you have some? I have 3 boards Id like to get done I already have the leds.

I can mod/repair what I can and you'd only pay for the work done. If it can't be repaired then, of course, I wouldn't charge for it. You could include the leds it you want and knock off a $1 a board.

Would paying for it be the same as paying on pay pal or what? That would prob be the fastest way to pay for this stuff? I have never transferred money through there only thing I have ever done is buy off ebay

Using Paypal would be the same as buying on ebay. Plus, Paypal would be better as you wouldn't have to send money upfront. Just wait until I finish the work, then pay.

bhetrick is a trusted member. i have had him do mods for me. I payed him using a money order. no probs. been friends ever since! Btw 3 months down the road one of my ROL l.e.d.s went out and he offered to repair it free of charge, plus do some other nifty stuff free of charge. I will ALYAYS return to him to have more work done. also @Bhetrick my drive is going out and i really dont feel like messing with it i am prolly gonna have u replace it. it is a H79. send me a pm.
