Weak signal on Starview box

I have had the starview box for 18 months now with no problems. But recently I bought a new flat screen tv and the signal from the box seems to be weak on tv. I can get picture and sound but there are lines scrolling down the screen. It seems to be a weak signal, can anybody help with this or can I get some kind of booster for it??
