Not really quite sure what you are saying. Sounds like problems with the independence exploit.

Just use the PS2 Exploit Utility 5.1, and if you still get errors, then download the files attached at the bottom of the post.

Are you downloading the compiler and ulaunch.elf from sksapps.com
http://sksapps.com/index.php?page=exploit.html

Also download the Vb6 runtime files from that site and install them, that should fix your error 339

If you have an error opening a .rar file, then redownload the file.

Do you have the Armax with media player?

If it does, then you can follow this guide to install fmcb 1.8 to your memory card.

If your Armax doesn't have the media player then follow this guide as long as you have a FAT PS2, I stress the "FAT" as the PS1 exploit won't work on the slim.

To mod a slim without opening PS2, you could have someone install fmcb 1.8 to a memory card for you.

YOu have to ask one of them in your region to install.

As for that site it doesn't look like you download PS2 games.

You need to do a search on torrents.

Tell me exactly the name of the compiler you are using.

Also what version PS2 do you have, as I said doing the compiler is a waste of time if you have a Slim PS2.

You can mod a slim yes

But you need armax with media player
Or Swap Magic

You can use either of those methods to install fmcb 1.8
Once that is installed you no longer need to swap discs

As for all your questions in previous post

The Independence compiler is used on your pc to make an exploit.
As I said its older, so you should use PS2 Exploit Utility 5.1

ELF files are PS2 applications, therefore used on the PS2

You need to learn how to seach out each question and then read the tutorials

What files exactly do you need?

As I said it would be easier for you to just follow one tutorial, then downlaod what is needed for that tutorial.

just show me what tutorial you are looking at? Then maybe I can help you more.

I can't register the files for you. If they are missing or invalid for the Exploit utility, you need to place them in your SYSTEM32 FOLDER in C:WINDOWS/SYSTEM32

Would it not be easier for you too just pm someone in this thread and get them to install fmcb 1.8 for you, and mail it back to you

There is a link there already in the tutorial for PS2 Savebuilder.

You need to have an Original PS1 disk and a PS2 Cheat Disk.
