Hi im new here and wanted to know something...

if i wer banned then would it be my xbox 360 that gets banned from ever conecting again or just the gamertag or both??

as i was ondering if i could jus play backup games on an offline only gamertag that dosnt even have a live subscription

It just bans your console. You can still use your gamertag on another console.

you can use the hard drive too as well as gamertag, only console itself is banned.
