I had my xbox flashed a long time ago, I paid someone to do it, now I want to update the firmware, how do I do it? Do I need to extract the key again? Can I just connect this to a VIA Sata card and do it? or will I have to use Xtractor of some sort?

Someone needs to fix the search feature on this web site, it starts searching ALL afterdawn forums instead of giving the user the option to search with in a single forum.
