I keep getting the following?...it wont go into vendor mode...i have tried the power off and on again multiple times and still same result....any ideas? i have the 6421 chipset and deleted driver like it said in tut

Um, #1 did you look through the different intros in the JF tut....there are 3 ways to do it, one is to have the drive halfway out and use the intro, or you could do the Benq Unlock, depending on how your drive already is. And also on the bottom left do you have the pdbs or what ever it is...(not looking at the tutorial), basically make sure you have the correct location for the drive and that you are following the correct steps.

i had the same problem then realized I'm supposed to be using Benq Unlock.

If the drive is not currently flashed you need to use benq unlock not INTRO.

This is true. But anything after this you can no longer use unlock.
So less the 1.4 or stock use unlock after that use either tray half open or intro.

man my bad...i thought i had flashed to 1.5 back in the day but was still on 1.4...just used unlock and it worked perfect
