just got a ix1.5, jasper arcade.im thinking of modding the iso to play wave3 games,because i dont play games online,and im not up to flashing to 1.6.i only have xbox live silver account,and any demos i download from torrent sites.so when i get banned,from playing a modded disc,will my warrenty be ended,and will i need any updates for games in the future,thanks.

Im not sure about warranty but you would only need the game updates if you were playing the games online.
