Just got the wii fit and the message is to update. I have the wiikey 1.9g. Can I go ahead and do the upgrade? (To not upgrade after powering off just hold the power botten down for 4 sec.) I do this and nothing happens.still can not play.

I explain this EVERY DAY but here we go again. No wii update to date has ever effected the function of any modchip. So long as the game is the same region as the wii there is zero danger.
