Hi, I need help with this problem. IŽd been using IMGBURN ( like 1 year almost) to backup my Xbox 360 Games but now this problem has show:

We need more info. Are you trying to rip the .iso off of a backup 360 game or an original? What brand is the disc?

Vista doesn't cause issues with ImgBurn. I've used Vista and Win7 both without issue.

If you are trying to backup Xbox 360 games your best bet is to either have a kreon drive or wait until iXtreme 1.6 comes out, which'll have 0800 dumping.

If you are trying to burn a backup to a new disc; you're doing it wrong. (See a dictionary regarding the words "source" and "destination".)

Give more information.

all the times i have seen that was when i was trying to backup a backup and the disc was scratched and it couldnt read it to make an iso.
