All the Bitrate Calculators I have come across assume that you are encoding video with the intention of burning it onto a CDR.

I am encoding episodes purely for internet distribution, therefore getting them to around 750 megs (to fit on a CDR) is irrelevant to me. Also most episodes are about 25 mins long, I'm not doing full length movies (most bitrate calcs assume you are).

If you want your final DivX episode to be a specific size in megabytes, are there any bitrate calculators that allow you to enter a specific number, rather than choosing a pre-determined CDR size?

Grateful if anyone could include links.

Thanks
