I'm thinking about installing the XCM Core Cooler V2 in my 360, my question is...Where is the best place to get the power from, I know it is designed to hook up to the DVD Drive power cable but I have been reading that is bad for the drive (Some people have said MS can detect that and ban)<-------Don't really believe that but that's what people say. Anyway any suggestions would be great, I am good at soldering being that I do it everyday at work, so that's not a problem if any needs done.
Sorry to keep this thread going but 1 more question, do you think that adding this would increase my chances of getting banned with my box being flashed.
Ok this is going to be my last post, I am going to order the fans but instead of getting the 12V from the DVD drive I am going to get the 12V from the PSU on the bottom of the motherboard on the PSU connector by soldering. What does every one think of this, any remarks would be great.
