What movie or movies are you having problems with?

I know it creates a folder but where?
Are you logged on as an administrator?

I know I'm having the same problem. For me, I am the admin on this cpu.

I burn with Shrink correctly I'm just not sure if it HAS to backup onto my computer first. (Sometimes all I burn is the Main Movie and no features)

there is only one logon for the computer so i guess it is the administrator logon.
and the movies are backing up to the C drive folder.
it automatically does it.
i would imagine if you know enough to help me then you should know the default settings on dvd shrink.

Try making a new folder and sending the files to that folder.
