Okay...saw the thread was closed. I've been reading over the 23 pages of info and so far I can get up to step 6. I don't have a video_ts file in either directory. I tried to copy it reading some1 elses suggestion, but IFO won't read when I open...says error 'could not open file on dvd disk'. So then I ripped the file to each directory..same problem. Right now this is what I have in each directory(DVD1 and DVD2)...
VIDEO_TS (folder, empty)
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_1.VOB (thru 4)
VTS_01_0.IFO
AUDIO_TS folder(another suggestion and I copied off of E:)
when I open the IFO file in each directory it confirms I've successfully split the cells .
How do I get the VIDEO_TS file into the folders so I can 'Get VTS Sectors' in step 6?? I don't even see 'get vts' option in my IFO editor, but I'm assuming I will when I open it. After I created the directories 'video_ts' in each dvd directory should I have then copied the video_ts after i ripped??

Oh I kinda fudged past step5, I didn't quite understand the title thing...when I closed IFO it said 'title 1' but since each folder had all the VTS_01_x files after I stripped, I didn't touch anything and tried to move to step 6.

When I put LOR in my drive it automatically creates it own folders named VIDEO, AUDIO, Jacket_P, Common, with all of the files I'm trying to copy...I dunno, didn't touch it, just followed the directors.
I've been trying to follow everyone's 2 'cents' in the last thread but every1 is using different editors soooooo my head iz spinning....Again, HELP!
I've had success at burning a 5 but yet a 9.

I'm an idiot, I didn't have the window all the way open to see the second row of tabs. Now problem.
How do I get a 'VIDEO_TS' for the second folder dvd2?
I can't copy it, the file will only move to either folder but it will only play with the first one dvd1.

Well I've almost acheived success. I'm trying to use recordmax or roxio and neither one of them will read a blank dvd in my drive. So if I can figure out why my cpu won't read the drive, I'll be good to go. did some troubleshooting with compaq and they say its the software, we'll see, but this is my 2nd CPU in a week from then, the first ones dvd drive didn't work either.
I would strongly suggest if anyone has issues splitting check msconga's steps or go to Derrows site, for step by step w. a picture guide, and you can't help but have success.
