do you think it could be a false alarm this wave3 as theres only two games which have it,and today theres like four xbox360 new games out none with wave 3.

We will see. If two have done it, there bound to be more games that do use it. There was a mandatory update with mlb2k9 which was probably the new wave. Ontop of that I've heard that it will be now mandatory to have the NXE so it looks like this is the way things are going to be.

tough to say- they look to be copying the wii model of some games having updates and some games not but if a game came out that you wanted and it had wave 3 that would suck so its best to have the new fw regardless of whether or not all games will have it.
