Ive looked absolutley everywhere on the internet for the solution to this problem but i couldnt find it....
I have a really annoying problem with Vista. I just recently totally restored my system to factory because i had the beta of windows 7 with loads of hacks and stuff on it.
So anyway, ive got my brand new copy of vista with a totally reformated hard drive and everything, and i have installed GTA vice city.
The game runs fine, except it does not detect the mouse so there is no way i can move the camera of aim and shoot.
I read that going into compatibilty mode and setting it to Windows 98/Me would fix this (with use as administrator on).
So i did this, and what happens is the screen flashes black like its doing something then it just returns to the desktop and wont let me do anything till i end the gta-vc.exe process.
Ive got this problem with everything else i try to run in compatabilty mode.
What on earth is wrong???
