Hi there. I know that it is possible to change a hitachi xbox360 drive with a benq or something else. The problem is that i don't know how. Can someone help me pls?

You will need to read the firmware from the Hitachi, and then get the DVD-Key from the firmware. Next you will need to flash that Key to the BenQ, and spoof the firmare as the Hitachi Rom version.
