Couple questions I can not figure out. When I go to the filesharing tab, I can "unclick" any/all boxes, which one would think would not allow any uploads. However, when I go to the transfer screen, it is still uploading something from my PC (where I have specified to download things, only) Why is this?

Also, this will show an upload speed of sometimes up to 30 kb, when I have selected the speed to 1.0 kb. Why is this?

Lastly, when I close ares, completely, then open it back up, any previous settings are lost and goes back, what appears to be default mode, of unlimited kb speed for unpload (setting of 0) and has also ck'd my folder to upload anything in the folder I have set for downloading.

I understand ares is a filesharing program, but it is ignoring my commands, like a trick or something.
