Question for Anyone that owns a WD TV HD

I just got a WD TV HD, and I am about to start throwing movies on my external HDDs. I am nuts about file organization and I only want to do this once. Does it matter how I categorize or structure the folders? I want the menu to have a nice picture and the correct movie names so I will make sure all the tags are right. I am kind of sad at the lack of documentation given with the thing, and their website is not much help on this either. I just don't want to take the time to fill these 2-2TB drives and find out it is not displaying it the way I want it to and have to take them all out and redo the process. Thanks!
