eurovox power scan problems

i just did a power scan to try and get extra channels. It scanned fine then when i went to watch a channel it says please wait code being updated. all my channels were fine before, now i only get bbc itv. please help

you may have used the wrong symbol rate when you power scanned or you may need to update your box with the latest firmware. try doing another power scan and make sure you check the symbol rate.
