Hey guys,
First off, I understand the annoyance of repeated questions.
Now I've read the textbook, read at least 3 or 4 of the stickied threads, and have read through a lot of the current popular sticky thread about 1.51.
I sincerely apologize if this has already been answered, I myself did not see it anywhere. Now onto my questions! :)
I recently flashed my Benq using Iprep v006.2 and flashed it to I believe 1.4.1, done with the bootable USB. Everything went perfectly fine, followed the 2008 textbook word for word. No hiccups.
First question, when I turned on my pc, I still had the USB in, and I didn?t see a remove hardware icon, so I figured it wasn't being used (it wasn't flashing with activity), so I pulled it out. Well low and behold windows gives an error saying something to the effect of "Data has been lost and is not recoverable." Now I looked at the data on the USB and everything looked like it was still there,
my question : The most important data on the USB is the backup folder right?
also: Does anyone know of a way I can verify the data is all intact or that my original keys still work?
I don?t see that Windows error message often, does anyone know if it?s incredibly serious or not?
I'm basically just worried I might've somehow corrupted the data on my bootable USB with my drives backup information.
I had another question, but out of respect to the Forum and it's wise members, i'll keep searching since its probably more common....Thanks in advance to any helpful input!
A thread entitled "Quick Question" is almost as bad as "Please Help". In future please see here about thread titles ~ http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/440385 - a Junior Member should know this already..
