I have a Wii soft modded (twilight hack) with gamma boot loader. How do I play wii virtual console games?

download them from the Wii Shop channel.

Or download the WAD files off newsgroup/torrent site and install them via wadmanager.

Make sure you have the proper region. VC/WiiWare games are not region compatible.

The only other issue would be 3.4 firmware blocking WAD files from being installed. But if you have the Backup Launcher working then this shouldn't be the issue.

Strange I'm using PAL ones and on 3.2. Ive given up and gone to using an emulator now. Is there any benefit using VC than a emulator?
